There are a lot of options when it comes to choosing a Realtor - you want to make sure that they are qualified to do the job.  In fact, that is what you are doing, you are hiring a person or team to complete a service for you.  You want to make sure that those that you hire have your best interests at their center, always remembering that you are the boss and that you hired them in the first place.

These are some of the reasons that I write so very much content at our blogs that you can find at Real Estate Blogs 911.com - you will see that I preach what I practice and I make sure that everyone that enters into our offices at RE/MAX of Santa Clarita is pleased with the result.  First and foremost we are not pressure sales people.  We think that everyone that is looking to make a transition worth hundreds of thousands of dollars should be able to do so in their own time.

We press forward by your time line and make sure all of your questions are answered to the best of our ability.  We don't rely on fiction - we base our answers on verifiable facts.  So you can set your self at ease and let us best advise you with your real estate needs.

Home Values is something that every agent foams at the mouth about - they know if someone is asking, then that person is probably going to be selling and that means $$$ to that particular agent.  Remember, as a seller you are paying both ends of the transaction, the agent that you hired to represent you and sign with and the other agent that is representing the buyer.  So your closing costs at a 6% commission, 3% per side - come to about 8% when you factor in your part of title and escrow fee's.

Now, I rely on the adage that you get what you pay for and I know from our track record with our clients that we have, in the long run, made more money for them when it came to the sales of their assets, above and beyond those discount brokers out there.  But proof is in the pudding and you need to come and see us so we can further explain the method that is to our madness when it comes to Real Estate.
